up to date information on
ships arrival and departure times in the
port of Ocho Rios.
What happens if I'm late getting off the
ship?
Inform one of the pier attendant's that
you are booked with Ochoriostour.com
(Jaital), and
they will contact your driver. You will be
picked up and the tour will begin. No need
to bring your confirmation as we are well
known and respected throught Ocho Rios.
What kind of
transportation is used?
Passengers are transported in a fully
inspected & licensed,
air-conditioned JUTA car, van or bus.
Can
me and my group all tour together in one
bus?
absolutely! we can accommodate upto 52
passengers in one bus.
How do I know I have a
reservation?
We will send your e-mail confirmation.
If you did not receive a confirmation from
us, please
contact us.
Will I return to my ship
on-time?
All tours are customized according to
ships arrival and departure time to assure a
timely return. Our tours are all within the
Ocho Rios area, with minimal travel time
(5-35 minutes).
Do you require full payment up front?
Unlike other tour companies... We do not
require full payment. To make reservations
and hold your space, only a small deposit is
required. Balance must be paid in cash (USD)
or travelers check on day of tour. If you
wish to pay your balance in advance, a
surcharge of 4 percent of the payment amount
will be charged to your credit card.
What payment methods can I use?
We currently accept all major
credit cards & e-check via PayPal. We
never personally see your credit card
details and the information is not held or
stored by us in any way.
Do you have group rates?
We have the greatest discounts! for any
size group,
contact us!
Can I take tours when
I arrive at the ships pier?
All Tours and excursions must be
reserved 2-days
(48-hours) in advance. Deposits must be
received in order for us to send your confirmation
/ voucher.
Why is your prices so
much lower than our Cruise line?
One of the most asked questions! We maintain
lower prices because we are a small company
with little overhead.
Is cost of lunch included
in my package?
Cost of lunch is not included.
Where can I rent water
shoes to climb falls?
Rentals are available at Falls for about
$5.00 each. We recommend bringing your own
or wearing a pair of old sneakers or
sandals.
How
much time will we have at Dunns River Falls?
You will have 2hrs at the falls.
What is your policy re:
Refunds?
Receive a full refund if cancelled 10
or more days prior to the scheduled tour.
No refunds for no-shows or late arrivals if
ship arrives on schedule.
All tours operate rain or shine, unless
certain conditions require cancellation...
Your safety comes first!
What if the ship is unable to dock in port?
Receive a full refund if your cruise
ship does not stop in Ocho Rios for any
reason, or if weather conditions or other
factors force us to cancel your tour. It is
your responsibility to contact us.
