This
couple friendly
River Rafting Beach
Adventure begins at
your Ocho Rios
cruise ship pier or
resort.
First stop; the famous
White River. On your journey
to this inviting river you will have the
opportunity to view "behind the scenes"
Jamaica while touring the local
neighborhoods of Ocho Rios. Upon arrival at
White River, you will find a changing area,
life jackets, and a shop.
The thrills begin when you board a 2-person
raft for a beautiful
once in a life time
ride down river.
Relax on this 45min.
tour; while you
enjoy the
ever-changing
scenery, as you continue to drift
along the river.
Midway through
this aquatic adventure you will have an
opportunity to take a breathtaking 20 feet
plunge into the deep blue river water while
having your photo taken by a member of the
attentive White River Rafting staff.
There is a
bar nearby where one can enjoy a frosty Red
Stripe and relax beside the water. The
entire White River rafting adventure lasts
approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes,
depending on how much time is spent at the
midway stop.
Your guide will
pick you up at the
conclusion of the
rafting and take you
to
Mahogany beach;
where you
can snorkel, jet
ski, parasail, or relax and
enjoy Jamaica's
golden sunshine on
this private
secluded beach with
pulsating reggae
music all around.
Your guide will pick you up at the
agreed upon time and take you to a
duty free shopping center before returning
to your ship or resort.
There is also an
optional stop at the renowned "Margaritaville"
where Jimmy Buffett's "Parrothead" fans love
to relax, listening to his beloved songs,
while enjoying a water slide, rooftop
whirlpool, regular pool, and of course, a
swim-up bar for a variety of beverages.
Margaritaville is an
easy walk to your
ship!
