My recent trip to Jamaica was an experience of a lifetime and your tour company had a big part in that! I had the oppurtunity to tube through a rainforest setting, and climg the Famous Dunn's River Falls, it was extraordinary. I felt safe and taken care of which is important to me when traveling abroad. My driver, Alfonso, was reliable, infromative, and really went the extra mile to accomodate us as tourists. We were luckiy to have a great guide, Vivian, through the rainforest too. He sang us Bob Marley :) It was great. Thank you again for a great vacation at have the cost that my resort was charging. If I'm ever in Jamaica again i"ll be sure to contact your company for all my off resort plans. Kelly M.
 

We had a awesome time on our tour. We went water tubing and the Dunn's river both were GREAT! Our driver was so nice and went out of his way to make us happy; he even took us by a store to buy some gifts. I highly recommend Jaital, we will use them every time. The guy at Sandals even knew who our driver was and we saved over three times the money by going with Jaital. Thanks for making our trip to Jamaica wonderful. The Krafts
 

Our excursion was more fun than we could have imagined. We took our two kids (age 14 and 10) with us and they loved it. Additionally, the cost was very affordable for what was offered. At our hotel we priced a similar package including the Dunns River Falls and tubing (theirs didn't include shopping or Margaritaville stops) for double the price of Ocho Rios Tours. The only downfall we experienced was our driver's lateness...he had others to pick up which set him behind at more than one stop. Overall an amazing trip--if ever in Ocho Rios again we'll return! Our vacation was fabulous we all loved Jamaica and ready for another week next year to do more, since the purpose of this trip was for our daughters wedding we only had the one day free to tour. Ochoriostour was a great choice for us the tour was very informative and the tours guide and bus driver were friendly, fun and very informative. When we returned to the resort that night I received many thanks and praises for putting together such a nice tour but I just reminder everyone it was actually your company who did all the work and provided a pleasurable experience for us all. To go to a different place in the world that you've never been before can be pretty scary, not knowing what your surroundings are or how well you'll be treated. But when our driver, Carlton, arrived from that moment until he dropped us off, we had the best experience! He was right on time and made sure we were comfortable. He was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Jamaica and our surroundings. He drove us to Dunn's River Falls and without us even asking, offered to take our pictures the entire climb up the falls. When I returned home, everyone was amazed and asked, "Did you hire your own photographer? THese are great!" Before we headed to our next destination, he took us to a local place that we would have never found on our own to eat, Scotchies. This was incredible food and we felt we got the real Jamaican experience. He filled us with so much information as we ate. He then took us to Hooves and we insisted he rode with us! Our experience was wonderful! On the way to the river tubing one of us got sick in the bus and the driver was very nice and friendly about it. He never once was rude or sounded annoyed with someone getting sick in his car! He was the best driver that we could ask for! During the actual excursion the only complaint we have is, on the website it talked about a place where you can jump and when we saw what it was talking about we were very disappointed. One other suggestion is to make finding the bus at the port easier. We had to ask where we should be and then we worried about if we were getting on the right bus. Overall our experience was amazing and we will definately suggest it to anyone going to Jamaica! Erica B.

Hi, me and my fiance were in Ocho Rios in Oct 2008 and we booked several tours with Ocho Rios Tour.com. Just writing to say thnaks for a great time, our tour guide Alphonso was lovely, very friendly, helpful and fun! We enjoyed the river tubing, Dunns River Falls, Dolphin Swim at Dolphin Cove, Beach Horseback riding, Zip Line & ATV, Glistening Waters - few we did a lot, any wonder I'm still tired and I've been home a week! Greg ... Thanks again for your help in booking our tubing and beach excursion from the boat. After missing port in Labadee ... the gang was ready for some fun. Alfonso was fantastic!! We had 13 people in our group and hooked up with another family of four when we met Alfonso at the pier. I tell you what ... Alfonso made everyone comfortable right away. Now normally my wife wouldn't take to sitting next to a stranger in the front seat of a van ... but Alfonso won her over from the start. She loved him ... and his compliments! (ha) From the river ... he took us for a shopping stop and on to Mahogany Beach where he hooked us up waterside with a beach waiter. The girls went out on a waverunner with a kid by the handle of "Proper Way". I've got to say he was a hoot too. They had a blast. And then we were off to Margaritaville to close down the day. Saying goodbye to Alfonso was like saying goodbye to a good friend. He was by far and away the highlight of our cruise. No other shore excursion could compare! Just returned from Ocho Rios and we had a wonderful time. The horseback riding and dunns river falls was wonderful. The gentleman, i think his name was Alphonso, was great. He told us some different things about Ocho Rios and the surrounding areas. The people that walk with you were very informative of the plants and foliage there. They let me smell some different leaves. Riding through the water on horseback was a first time experience and i didn't want to get out. The falls should be one of the wonders of the world. Since we have been back, and it is cold here, we have told people all about the ride and highly recommended it to anyone that wants to go there. The amazing thing is that most people could not believe that we left the comforts of our hotel and ventured out into the real world. To be honest, i didn't think it was bad. I just wanted to tell you that our group had a great time while we were in Ocho Rios!!! We were met by Alphonso and he made me feel very special since I was celebrating my birthday. We were at Dunn’s River Falls early, so we beat the crowds. That was an experience I will never forget! Other people that were on our cruise said they didn’t either wait in line to go on the falls or they quit after going part way up since it was so crowded. We were in the second group of people, so we could take our time. Danny Boy, our driver was so nice. He was a little late picking us up because of traffic getting back to pick us up at the falls, but he was very apologetic. White River Innertubing was fantastic. Many of our group thought it was the highlight of the whole cruise! I am so glad we went. Anytime I have a friend going to Ocho Rios, I will definitely recomment your company and if we come to Jamaica again in the future, I will contact you as well. Brenda & Bryan L.

Our driver was fantastic!!! I am absolutely going to recommend your services. Having, in essence, our own personal driver we shared with another family from our ship gave us the freedom to first experience more activities and second, enjoy those activities to the fullest. Earl drove us straight to Dunn’s River Falls and we beat any crowds (the larger tour busses). As we left, after completing the falls, doing some shopping and eating a snack, the line for the falls was huge and we went right to the exit where our driver was waiting for us, ahead of time. He then took us to our next destination. He was to get us in a few hours, however, the rain kept coming down, our server at the beach club was able to contact him and he arrived early to pick us up.  My family (including wife and two teenage daughters) had a great time in Jamaica.
- When we got off the ship, we were greeted by Alphonso, who verified with us what we had booked
- After we waited for two other couples to join us, we were introduced to our driver. Very friendly and accommodating. Throughout the day, he answered all of our questions, and tried to point out various locations and such as we drove between stops. He took all of us to Dunn Falls, got our tickets and arranged to pick us up when we were done.
- At that point, everyone's plans were a little different (in terms of where they wanted to go), but Earl seemed to be able to juggle what everyone wanted. I have heard our daughters comment many times that they're favorite place (of the three stops we made on the cruise) was Jamaica. No complaints at all. Steve D.

Loved the trip. Horseback ride was in the rain, but still great. The tubing was a downpour and COLD water, but probably the best part of our whole trip. The staff assigned to us for both trips was outstanding. We had a great time, kids and adults. Thanks Lori C.

My boyfriend & I did the Falls, River tubing, & Margaritaville tour. It was absolutely amazing. We had such a good time on the tour. The drivers who drove us from the hotel to all the destinations & back were very friendly and helpful. They really got us pumped up for our tours and took very good care of us. The falls is a must! Make sure you go early though or the cruise ship tours will be piling in. The cruise ships are usually in port on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We got some incredible pictures at the falls. The river tubing was nice to be under all those big beautiful trees floating down the beautiful waters on such a blistering hot day. The trip down the river did seem a little short, but very enjoyable. We got to jump off a little cliff type thing into the water if we wanted. I chickened out though. All in all though it was a great adventure. It was so good to get out of the resort and see the beauty of the Jamaican Island. We loved the time that we had. The tour guides were so fun & personable. We had a great time at the Falls and tubing! We were glad we got to the Falls early- we were the first group to go up that morning. It worked out very well for our schedule off the ship. We would like to thank Alphanso for being our fabulous escort to and from the White River Rafting and Dunn River Falls. Not only was he bang on time to get our day started on the right foot, he was very informative and courteous. Alphanso ensured that we were taken care of at both locations and picked us up on time at the end of the day. Shawn our guide at White River Rafting was equally pleasnat and interesting to be with. We were there at 9:15 am and had the river to ourselves, what a beautiful hour we spent bobbing down the river taking in the sunshine, the turtles, and the little rushes of rapids. Dunn River falls was exhilerating and our guides were very fun and encouraging. It was a little challenging for our 4 year old and myself with a bad hip, but we did it. We had a great time and would recommend your tour group. The nice thing about it was that it wasn't so structured ( and a little less expensive) than most shore excursions. We had a wonderful time with our guides on our Ocho Rios tours. Everything they told us turned out just as they said. We so enjoyed climbing Dunns River Falls but nothing was as much fun as tubing down the White River. Our guide was very small and about 20 and his strength was amazing. He was courteous and kind. There was much waiting for tubes and another large group went before us when we were there first but it was worth the wait. We would recommend your company and use it again when we return to Jamaica. I am totally impressed that you take the time to ask about your customer's experience. I picked your company from the Internet hoping for the best. . .and I got it. I was grateful not to be herded on a tour bus and that we got to Dunn's River Falls later than the rest. My group was very pleased to stop at Fern Gully and have the short walking tour learning about Jamaica's medicinal plants. (My sons are scientists.) Finally, your driver, Omar, is a wonderful young man who was able to answer all our questions about Jamaica. He drove carefully and was very engaging and patient with us.
